Fife Climate Festival competitions

We have organised two competitions as part of Fife Climate Festival (21st September – 5th October).

Our festival will focus on hope for the future. It aims to imagine a world where climate action thrives and what that could mean for Fife. All aspects of these competitions relate to the hopeful theme of the festival of encouraging positive visions for the future.

All Fifers can get involved in the competitions. We will announce the winners at our gathering event on Saturday 5th October as part of a showcase of entries and performances.

Creative Competition

This competition has something for everyone in Fife. Whether you are into photography, song writing, poetry, short stories, making sculptures, inventing, engineering or designing you can share your hopeful vision of Fife’s future. Entries should match our theme: ‘What could possibly go right?

How to enter: Email your entries to competition@climateactionfife.org.uk. Closing date Thursday 1st August.

Postcards from the Future

Share your vision for Fife Climate Forest. Think about the words connect, grow and thrive. Create some art that fits on a postcard and leave a message for Fife’s trees, woods and forests.

There are two separate categories, one for school children aged 5-12 and another that anyone can enter. Entries close on Thursday 1st August. You can find full details on our Fife Climate Forest webpage.
