Fife Climate Forest at Duloch

Fife Climate Forest at Duloch

Event Information

As part of the Fife Climate Forest launch we have a family Shadow Show and creative activities for anyone to get involved in.

There will also be drop-in activities like writing a ‘Letter to the Tree’ – using a typewriter on leaves – and creating forest flags.

Come along to the park to meet the Fife Climate Forest team. Find out how you can get involved with planting and adopting a tree in your area and communities’ visions for Fife Climate Forest.

The Shadow Show has limited places. Please book a time slot on Eventbrite at either 1.15pm, 2pm or 3pm: https://fifecoastandcountrysidetrust.co.uk/events/

“The Legend of the Tree of Life” is presented by Atopon Theatre.

This event is under cover.

Embark on a magical journey through the world of tree myths and legends. Take part in our immersive, crafty workshop with the elements of storytelling and shadow theatre. This is a story that invites families to reflect on the role of trees in our cultural heritage and how we can all take action now to care for trees in our lives. A joyfully captivating experience for everyone.

This event is supported by Calais Woods, Fife Council, Climate Action Fife, UK Government funding and Scottish Forestry.

If you book places but then can’t attend, please let us know by cancelling your ticket on Eventbrite. Or you can email ask.us@fifecountryside.co.uk or phone 01592 656080. Nearer the event we will email all participants with details of the meeting place.

If you cancel your tickets, which have an associated payment/donation, you will be responsible for paying the Eventbrite administration fee.
