Squirrel Survey Workshop
Event Information
On Sunday the 29th September we, in partnership with Fife Red Squirrel Group, will be holding a squirrel survey workshop. The event will take place at Falkland Estate 10-12pm, starting at Forest of Falkland Gateway Car Park (Falkland Estate), Pillars of Hercules and walking through the 'Red Squirrel Trail' ending up at the Falkland Stables.
We will discuss how to become a volunteer, provide training for a variety of survey techniques and talk about our squirrel projects, squirrel ecology and how you can get involved to help protect our native red squirrels.
You need to dress in appropriate outdoor clothing, including walking boots/ wellies as we will go off the path a little in places.
