Fife Pilgrim Way bike ride – Cupar to St Andrews

Fife Pilgrim Way bike ride – Cupar to St Andrews

Event Information

This final section of the route will pass the finish point of the Fife Pilgrim Way, just outside St Andrews Cathedral as medieval pilgrims would have done. This ancient town Kirk of St Andrews, which has stood on its central site in South Street for over 600 years, has welcomed pilgrims for many centuries.

On the way to St Andrews, we will also pass through Craigtoun Country Park and pass Hallow Hills Pictish Cemetery.

This ride is part of a series of rides to cover most of the Fife Pilgrim Way and is ideal for people looking to explore Fife off-road.

In this series, we have broken down the long distance into shorter sections. This ride will start at Cupar railway station and you will have the option to finish the route at St Andrews Bus Station or Leuchars Railway Station for public transport options at the start and end points of the ride.

  • Distance – long
