Kinghorn to Burntisland – Fife Coastal Path walk (one-way route)
Event Information
Join us in the coastal village of Kinghorn where we will walk along to Pettycur Bay. We will take a seaside wander on the beach along to Burtisland. As it will be low tide, we’ll follow the sand all the way to Burntisland, looking out for seabirds and other marine wildlife along the way.
This is a one-way route. Kinghorn and Burntisland are well-served by trains and buses. At the end of the walk, participants can choose to walk back to Kinghorn independently, or will be directed to nearby rail station/bus stops serving routes to Inverkeithing, Kinghorn, Kirkcaldy and beyond.
Bring your own drinks and snacks if required (there are shops and cafes in Kinghorn and Burntisland). There are cafes at the end of the route if we wish to have time for coffee/chat together.
Part of our Communities Connected programme.
